Junior and Girls Golf Program Registration

Please note that all camps/clinics require a minimum of 4 participants, we reserve the right to cancel if a particular program does not have the minimum number of participants.

In consideration of the child’s participation in the Terri Boehm Golf Junior Golf Programs or St. Charles County Girls Golf Programs, the parent or guardian hereby releases the Missouri Bluffs Golf Club and/or staff members, Terri Boehm Golf and the teaching professionals from any and all liability associated either with accidents or injuries sustained by the child in connection with the program. Once you click "Submit" you are in agreement with this liability release. You will be required to sign a release document before your child can participate in any program.
